There's the article. Bad times. It looks like the problem in Spain is more than the mainstream US media originally thought. Still in all, Spain has been wracked by terrorism for decades. It's unfortuinate that a great tragedy makes us finally start looking at it in closer detail.

perhaps their problems will ease up a bit now that those 3 terrorists blew themselves up...  if they ever did anything right, that was it...  Just too bad they took out a Spanish police officer with them.

5 terrorists actually blew themselves up. they believe 2 were ringleaders.
