I have a butt load of suggestions: Firstly, we need to work on this posting thing. We should have a box at the bottom, not have to quote somebody else each time. No only would it save us time and make things simpler, but a if we started getting newbies they might not be able to figure out how to post.

Secondly: We need more sections and a lot more posting going on. I probably shouldn't say this outloud, but it wouldn't hurt for each of us to come up with a few "characters" for the next couple of weeks, just to get the board flowing.

Thirdly: Is there anything we can do about the sites addy? Something catcher and easier to remember would be good. That's the one good thing other sites have going for them, catchy yet simple url's.

Forthly: I just want to say >FD< rawks in my book for doing this.

well, there's not much I can do about the forum features... I can change the color scheme and what not, but that's about it. As far as the addy, I can't change that either, it sucks, but whatever, I can give ya'll the html to make it look nice wherever you might post it.

Naked women: I agree, but I sure as hell can't figure out where and or how to do it. So, in the mean time maybe links to naked women?

Oh, well that kinda sucks. Well, if we can't change the url we could make a "homepage" with a forums link on it, no? We could give the homepage any name/image/yadda yadda we wanted. But, again, this all depends on how far we're going with this. Ideally, I'd like for the group of us to turn this into a large scale forum, with all of us as the "owners" and with the rules and regulations we want/don't want. But, I might be alone in wanting "big", cuz I don't really know where you all are at. I'd be willing to put some money into it, not a ton though cuz I'm poor. Oh, and these smilies kick ass.

Oh darn, so I can't bring upon havoc to the poor unsuspecting people of KMFDF... what is up with that name anyway?

a 'new post' button would be cool too... so i don't have to keep looking in all the threads for something to do.

yeah, it would be cool... but, again... that's not a feature I can add on. The resources are rather limited. But, on the plus side I did manage to make it so that the latest posts are on top of each forum istead of how it was. (the threads stayed where they were, sorted by time/date. It BIG TIME sucked.)

yeah, the big problem is that this is a free site so we have little control over it. depending on how my job goes or having someone else that wants to contribute, we could move to a phpbb forum. free software but you still have to pay for server space and bandwidth. billy was talking about creating this but like normal, he's run off and kept everyone else in the dark. perhaps we're too incompetent. dunno. i would look at this place as a temporary place on the road to something bigger and better. in the meantime we could discuss a forum name and where everyone wants our forum to go. basicly its all of us df friends. but like anti said, its still fun to attract noobs to harass. so we need to get something bigger and easily found.
