Anybody catch the premiere of this show last night? It's fukin creepy man... There are these girls... sure, maybe they're not bombshells, but with a different hair style, maybe a little make up, decent clothes (maybe some excercise) they'd all look great. They were just average looking girls with lower than low self esteem.
Their story:
Each contestant has been assigned a panel of specialists -- a coach, therapist, trainer, cosmetic surgeons and a dentist -- who together have designed the perfect individually tailored program for her. The contestants’ work ethic, growth and achievement will be monitored. The final reveal at the end of each episode will be especially dramatic because it will be the first time that contestants will be permitted to see themselves in a mirror during the three-month transformation process. Two women will be featured every week and at the episode’s conclusion, one will go home and one will be selected to move on to the 1st Annual Swan Pageant.
It's like watching a car accident you pass on the freeway. Creepy fukin' show.... did anyone else catch this?

and apparently it's something that's going to happen every year. 2 girls a show... 8 or so shows and then the 'pagent' at the end.
Maybe I could understand the makeover aspect if they had some horrible scar or deformity, but these are all decent looking girles with sht self-esteem. and then, at the end of each so, one girl gets the boot and the other goes on to the pagent... so they're telling her... even after all this, you're still not good enough.
